We have a stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment in the exclusive La Cala Hills complex. This apartment is situated on the ground floor of the Phase 1 complex so its safe to assume it was one of the first to be built thus ensuring its terrace views are nothing short of breath taking!

The owners have furnished the apartment to an equally high standard. A luxurious 3 piece suite proudly sits in the lounge area along with a light wooden dining table and chairs. The apartment is also equipped with a television.

The 3 bedrooms are quite magnificent with one double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in each of the other bedrooms. There are two stunning bathrooms with one being an en-suite to the master bedroom. Lastly the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, cooker & microwave.

The apartment is fitted with the luxury of Air Conditioning throughout to ensure its occupants have a relaxed stay during those hot summer days.

There is optional car parking available with outside spaces or an electronically operated garage door leading to an underground car park.

For your safety & peace of mind the complex itself is maintained by a 24 hour security guard who operates a secure gated entrance area.

There are several pool areas for your use. There are a mixture of adult and children’s pools which are protected by life guards in the high season. These pools are situated within the tropical gardens which are all surrounded by stunning landscaped views.

The resort offers both tranquillity and space. It is situated approx 30 minutes from Malaga Airport and 20 minutes from the ever glamorous Marbella and Puerto Banus. More locally the La Cala resort is a mere 5 minutes away whilst the ever lively resort of Fuengirola is towards the coast and also only 5 minutes away. Where ever you go your sure to find an abundance of nightlife with the many bars restaurants and nightclubs.

At the end of a long journey the last thing you’ll want to do is stand in a long cue waiting for a pre booked hire car in the airport basement. With torremar you pre book over the internet and as you walk out of arrivals you’ll see a member of their staff waiting for you with your name on a board. Simply follow them to the car, sign the document and away you go.

However if you prefer complete relaxation the local taxis are of course available at all times.

For those of you with an active interest La Cala Hills is situated in the middle of ‘golf heaven’ with a number of courses within close proximity. Please ask us for details. We can obtain discounts for group bookings.

Other close activities include Mijas Water Park, Tivoli World and Sea World in Benalmadena.

Given its central location and top class facilities this in our opinion is one of the best complex’s on the Costa del Sol. You’ll not be disappointed.
